University Field Trips
Our university field trips can provide you with hands-on experience of actual conservation and research activities in different ecosystems. Our formal links with several universities in Malaysia allow us to involve local experts in your programme. They are able to give guest lectures and conduct research workshops on various topics such as primates, small mammals, bats, insects, botany, corals and sea turtles.
Service and study tours
Our service trips involve learning from and also giving back to marine environments and indigenous people at Merapoh and Belum.
In January 2019, the Leo Club of Mount Cameron ran a conservation focused capacity-building training workshop for the Bateq people. The students assisted our team to teach the Bateq people how to use GPS units, camera traps and other equipment and data collection.
